Terms of Use
1. Using LoveCode
You may use LoveCode only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and the terms of any third-party service you connect. You must have authority to access repositories, infrastructure, accounts and data used with LoveCode.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected providers. Do not share passwords, tokens or API keys in prompts, screenshots, support requests or other fields not designed for secret storage. If you believe access has been compromised, disconnect the affected provider and secure the underlying account.
3. AI-generated and automated work
AI-generated code, explanations, commands and engineering recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect. LoveCode includes evidence, approvals and verification controls to reduce risk, but those controls do not replace your review. You are responsible for deciding whether to accept, commit, deploy or otherwise use generated changes.
4. Source code and connected services
LoveCode does not claim ownership of your source code. You grant the service the limited rights necessary to process project content and interact with connected providers for features you explicitly request. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability and rate limits.
5. High-impact operations
Some operations—such as destructive Git actions, production database writes, deployments or other sensitive changes—may require explicit approval. Attempting to bypass security, authorization, tenant isolation, usage controls or provider restrictions is prohibited.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use LoveCode to unlawfully access systems or data, distribute malware, steal credentials, interfere with other users, evade access controls, abuse connected infrastructure, or violate intellectual-property rights. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, providers or the service.
7. Plans, usage and paid features
Features, usage allowances and provider availability can vary by plan. If paid digital features are offered through the iOS app, purchases and subscriptions may be subject to Apple’s applicable billing and subscription rules. Current pricing and renewal information shown at purchase time controls over older marketing material.
8. Availability
Remote workspaces, AI model providers, source-control providers, deployment providers and other integrations can experience outages or limitations outside LoveCode’s control. LoveCode may surface a configuration-required or degraded state instead of falsely reporting successful execution.
9. Account deletion
You can initiate account deletion from the LoveCode app. Deletion is intended to remove account-owned service data not required to be retained by law or limited backup-retention processes. Data held independently by connected third-party services must be managed through those providers.
10. Intellectual property
LoveCode’s application code, branding, interface and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy LoveCode branding or redistribute the service except as expressly allowed.
11. Changes to the service or terms
We may update LoveCode and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be reflected by updating the published date on this page. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
12. Support
For product help, visit LoveCode Support. Do not send secrets, reusable credentials or private keys in a support report.
